YaoYu bimetallic wear resistant plates are applicable for the shell of bucket conveyors, blades and shell parts of screw conveyors.

Spiral conveyor: a horizontal or small angle inclined conveying equipment that transports cement, fly ash or other finished products from the ground to mixers, grinders or warehouses.

The blades and mill housing can be made from wear plate directly and can also lined with wear plate for the high abrasive wear areas, mild steel plates can be used in areas with minimal wear. Our VC100 wear plates are recommended for the blades of the screw conveyor and the mill housing can be lined with wear plate. Considering the processing technology of spiral conveyor blades, it is recommended to use thinner bimetallic wear plate 6+4.
