 It has welding cracks on the wear plate surface caused by stress relief, HRC hardness keeps at 58-62, using with ordinary carbon steel plate Q235B or stainless steel plate as the substrate steel plate and will not break

 High hardness and good wear resistance, can be rolled or connected with structural steel, easy to install

 Casting

 Poor wear resistance, impact resistance and weld ability, very easy to break. Casting part is too heavy and has higher production cost, not convenient to install as well, is not convenient

 can not withstand high temperature, easy to peel off in the case of shock

 HARDOX

 good welding performance, HRC hardness is approx 50

 can not withstand high temperature , resulting in lower hardness in the annealed condition. Wear resistance performance is common but price is too high
