chromium carbide plate can be welded on studs from the backing plate. Besides,plug welding or countersunk inserts are also available from us in YaoYu factory.We use plasma cutting machine to cut 12+8 overlay wear plate into shape according drawings.

If necessary, chromium carbide plates can be rolled into shapes to meet special applications, without any damage to the hardfacing layer for both outside rolling and inside rolling.
