The grinder, grinding roller wear failure leads to lower grinding efficiency, resulting in lower production poor product quality. Hardfacing repair work and applications of wear resistant parts are necessary, otherwise, lower grinding efficiency will increase the power consumption. Also, we need to take good opportunity to repair, give consideration to both  repair costs and increasing power consumption.

When the mill grinding roller and mill lining plate has serious wear, mill production decline directly lead to the energy wastage. Taking Denmark Smith ATOX50 vertical mill as an example, the electrical output power is approx 4000KWH, namely power consumption per hour is 4000KWH, equivalent to RMB 200 in Chinese Yuan, the annual electricity consumption is about 150 million yuan. If there was a 10% decline in efficiency,  loss caused by electricity consumption is above 1500000 yuan, which is also great energy wastage.
