1.Abrasive wear of coal to the lining plate is relatively mild, and has slight impact force, especially for small particles coal. coarse coal has big collision force but has small effect to the wear of lining plate because of small production capacity and light proportion. As per our experiences, 12mm 16Mn steel plate can load and unload 200-250 million tons of coal under impact.
2.Ore sand share the the same hardness with lining plate due to large proportion, some large particles of iron ore has large collision force and make the the friction lining plate increased dramatically, and wear faster, 12mm 16Mn steel plate needs to be replaced after loading and unloading 20-30 million tons of iron ore.
3.Coke has large particles, some irregular sharp points of coke is easy to cause local lining plate and the funnel body damage, and would be a crushing blow to countersunk bolts that used to fasten the lining plate. 12mm 16Mn steel plate needs to be replaced after loading and unloading 3-5 million tons of Coke.
