Middle trough, scraper chain is the main part of the scraper conveyor, the major causes of scraper conveyor damage is the abrasive wear,and the main abrasive wear are adhesive wear, fatigue wear and corrosion wear.

Middle trough requires sufficient strength and high wear resistance, but the existing scraper conveyor chute mostly made of 16Mn hot-rolled steel plate and can far from being able to meet the requirements of the scraper conveyor chute applications. High hardness and high wear resistance chrome carbide coating wear resistant plate has been widely used.

We work out wear mechanism of chute liner and effectively improve the chute lining plate wear resistance properties by using chromium carbide wear plate, which has greatly improved the operation efficiency and reliability of the scraper conveyor, and has important economic significance and social value.
