The wear failure forms of chute comes from materials impact abrasive, chute liner sliding wear, burning loss and erosion, it can occur a serious worn out at the blanking area. In order to improve the wear resistance and save production cost, the chute liner is mostly made of composite wear-resistant plate, that is have the 5-10mm wear-resistant layer welded on the ordinary steel plate.
