Zhangjiagang YaoYu VAUTID 100 wear resistant steel plate is chromium carbide alloy plate takes carbon steel plate as base plate. The most popular are the V-100 for high abrasion and the V-143 grade against high temperatures.

YaoYu offers different VAUTID plate thicknesses to meet various material handling applications. The range starts with the 9mm(3mm alloy on 6mm base plate), 10mm (4mm hardfacing on 6mm base plate) is the most popular and widely used thickness in many industries.

Please be advised that, YaoYu don not provide weld wear plate with odd number base plate, such as 7mm, 9mm, 11mm, 13mm etc because these thickness is not available from the domestic market.
