1.Reasonable materials for conveyor. 3.Learn well about lubricant parameters. Operators should understand the lubricant and related parameters, such as clothing, fire prevention, leakage and storage etc before using lubrication.
4.No-load start-up. Conveyor no-load condition is best during start-up, it is possible to have roken chain, jumping, or even burn motor if it was full loading.
