Wear resistant steel plate surface painting will not affect welding ability

For exporting, all wear resistant steel plates are well packed in steel pallet (normally, each steel pallet can take less than 4 tons wear plate) and we will paint them black before delivery, this surface painting will not affect welding ability, end users can remove painting easily if they want to do welding on it.

We need to ensure good ventilation conditions during all the welding operation process, wear resistant steel plate surface painting does not have a deleterious effect on the welder and the surrounding people.

When we try to connect same grade steel plate but with different thickness, preheat and inter-pass temperature depends on the maximum thickness steel plate. But for different grades steel plate, preheat and inter-pass temperature will be determined by the steel plate that requires highest preheat and inter-pass temperature .
