Germany VAUTID Company, known as Germany VAUTID wear technology Dr.-Ing. Hans Wahl. The VAUTID Group employs 500 since it was established in 1945, the headquarters of the VAUTID is in Stuttgart, dedicated to the R & D and production of wear resistant materials fighting against wear resistance problems, annual sales exceeding 50000000 Euros.

VAUTID main products are: wear resistant materials for welding, such as electrode, submerged arc and open arc flux cored wire, chromium carbide overlay plate, wear resistant steel casting, wear resistant ceramic and wear-resistant plastic. VAUTID products are widely used in cement industry, coal power plants, steel plants, various types of machinery and equipment manufacturing factory etc.

VAUTID wear resistant products have entered into Chinese market in the 1980 s ,then, it set up a company in Singapore, responsible for the development of Chinese market. In view of the continuous expansion of business, headquarters decided to register in Shanghai in early 2005, that is the establishment of the Germany VAUTID China (Shanghai) representative office. Later in 2008, the representative office was canceled, VAUTID Shanghai Wear Resistant Materials TradingCo.,Ltd was formed to develop the domestic market. In September 2014, Joint Venture -Zhangjiagang VAUTID & YAOYU Wear Resistant Materials Co.,Ltd was set up to fabricate flux-cored welding wire in YAOYU factory.

VAUTID wear resistant materials and hardfacing service have the following applications:
Chute feeder in steel plant, all kinds of hopper, hammer surfacing,  cement vertical mill grinding roller hardfacing, various liner plate in cement (made of VAUTID wear resistant steel plate), cement mixers and concrete pump, fan blades, spiral conveyor blade, bimetallic hammer against wear and impact, various wear, heat resistance, corrosion resistant casting used in mechanical equipment, iron-based, nickel-based tungsten carbide material for extremely wear-resistant occasions.
