Wear resistant liner in power plant can be fabricated according to clients drawings, we have chromium carbide alloy layer welded on the steel plate using open arc welding machine, and then cut them into different shapes and sizes.

Chromium carbide overlay wear resistant steel plate is combined with base plate, fusion layer and hardfacing layer, and there is a very strong metallurgical combination through transition layer.
