Show you V-100 wear resistant steel plate Rockwell hardness test procedure and result

Test environment: Outdoor temperature 4-10 degree Celsius, dry.
                               Indoor temperature 15 degree Celsius, dry.

Two piece of 25*76mm, underwent Rockwell hardness test

We have desktop hardness tester in our factory, called Rockwell tester

The range of hardness of the sample ranged from HRC 58-60. (640/720 Vickers)

Notes before test:

Samples should be well polished before test, and we should better get a average value after serval tests, this is because wear resistant steel plate metallographic distribution is not uniform.
