Manufacturing process
Bimetallic wear resistant steel plate is produced by digital automaticallyhardfacing machine with open arc welding process, we have the wear resistant alloy materials directly welded on the surface of common carbon steel plate Q235 or stainless steel plate, hardfacing layer contains high carbon and high chromium, hardness is HRC 58-62.
Chromium carbide overlay plate has an excellent wear resistant performance, it is particularly suitable for severe abrasive wear working environment, weld-ability is good and easy to install, applications are cement industry, mining industry, iron and steel
industry, thermal power, dredging industry,transportation equipment etc.
