Mining, transportation, crushing, grinding machine and equipment will all have abrasive wear in industrial production, these materials have ore, quartz, glass, stone, dust, power and slag, thus increasing the equipment repair time and production cost. In order to improve equipment utilization, reduce repair time, increase economic benefits, we find  different technique and wear-resistant materials fabricated by casting, forging, welding, spraying, heat treatment, paste etc. Mainly composite abrasion resistant steel plate and rolling ,heat treatment wear resistant steel plate.
1.Composite abrasion resistant steel plate: different thickness of abrasion resistant steel plate was welded on the base Q235 steel plate. Welding materials are different, cost is one of most difference, also we want to obtain certain properties, such as corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, impact, weld-ability and so on.
(1) Stainless composite abrasion resistant steel plate is the most common wear plate, its main function is to resist corrosion, because it has special properties can be used in acid-base container, pipeline etc. The purpose is to reduce the cost of noble metals.
(2) chromium carbide overlay plate abrasion resistant composite steel plate:high wear resistance and low-grade impact resistance, has a good application in cement, mining, coal, iron and steel, glass and other industries.
2.Rolling and heat treatment abrasion resistant plate: we get fine grains through a special heat treatment so as to improve wear resistance. This kind of wear plate is low price, can be cut, welded, machined and so on, but the anti-wear properties are not good. Another is HARDOX wear plate produced by Swedish steel, 6mm thickness is the most common plate.
