1. appearance quality
surface smoothness: smooth after grounding, wear resistant steel should remain squarely on the floor
Welding cracks: uniformly spaced, and will not extend to base plate
Dimension of hardfacing layer: smooth surface and without obvious uneven
Welding defect: under control
Surface painting: uniform thickness
Cutting: straightness, no rough edges
2.internal quality
Hardfacing layer thickness: measure it after grinding,averages the values
Total plate thickness: Overlay plate from us always have the minimum thickness
Hardness: HRC 58-62
Components: carry out measurement if possible
metallurgical structure: do metallographic analysis if possible
