First, let me introduce myself. My name is Maggie, overseas sales manager of Vautid-YaoYu Wear Resistant New Materials Company, in Suzhou, China. I have been engaged in hardfacing welding industry since i was a trainee, and my company main products are abrasion resistant steel plate, yes, which is well known as chromium carbide overlay plate and wear resistant steel plate.

I have met many different clients in our factory from different countries since I started working in 2012, such as Canada, Korea, Brazil, Thailand, Malaysia, and of course, we also have other clients never met each other in our company, but still always have a good cooperation relationship both in business and personal, Australia, Russia, Chile, Finland, Bulgaria,India, etc.

Many people who is fresh in his work will always ask, what should i do if my client inform me that he will visit our company in the next coming days ? YaoYu Wear Resistant New Materials Company has our own factory, so i would like to give you some suggestions in  my experience like this:

1.Check schedule with your clients, especially flight number, ETA (estimated time of arrival ) time, also how many people will come with him, so that you can arrange to have  a shuttle bus from the airport.
2.Make a phone call to your clients before he is departing for airport, and tell him you will be right there to pick him up to your company. Remember, stable calls are preserved.
3.You should leave for airport earlier than the agreed ETA time, because heave traffic is inevitable. It is basic manner you arrived earlier than clients.
4.Remember to buy some food and drinks before you leave for airport if your clients take a long time flight.
5.No business topic on your way back to company, small talk about your city and his flight is easy and fun. Let your clients have a rest because he may feel tired after a long flight trip.
