We use open arc welding process but not submerged arc for welding wear resistant steel plate, the whole welding process is whole automatic. In order to create work environment, we have a full set of dust removal equipment, so our workshop is clean and clear as you show in the following picture.

1.We supply chromium carbide overlay plate to clients according to drawings, such as high efficiency separator wear resistant spare parts in cement machinery, mill liner plate, mixer blade, fan blade, etc.
2.Wear resistant steel plate can be directly rolled into wear resistant steel pipe for different applications, such as slurry steel pipe, ash pipeline in power plant, etc.
3.Clients can cut the whole size wear resistant steel plate into different shapes if they like, and finish construction item by themselves, such as hopper, chute, bucket.
