wear resistant steel plate has a smooth hardfacing surface after running through a roll press to flatten them, the welding crack is ony limited to the hardfacing layer, and will not expanded to good toughness of Q235 (St.37.2) steel plate.

1.wear resistant hardfacing layer microstructure is hypereutectic high chromium alloy cast iron, Cr7vC3 primary phase is fine and uniform, matrix is eutectic structure of Cr7C3 and austenite, martensite.
2.Hardfacing layer hardness and main properties
  Hardness: HRC 58-62
  hardfacing layer thickness 3-15mm
  the substrate thickness is thicker than 5mm
  size:  small: 900*1900mm       medium: 1475*3050mm     large: 1524*3048mm     

3. The tensile and impact properties of high chromium alloy wear resistant composite steel plate is not less than Q235 steel welded joint.
4.Wear resistant hardfacing process is also suitable for welding of other alloy system
