The points for attention in hardfacing wear resistant steel plate machining process

1.A few remarks must be made concerning the hardfacing wear resistant steel plate Cutting: plasma cutting, water jet, spark cutting are all available, the best method is to use plasma cutting and start cutting from the alloy backside.
Bending: wear resistant machining process,because of the bimetallic characteristic and high hardness of that.

2.steel plate can be cold-working formed, which can be processed into a desired shape, if the crack is too large, use the welding electrode to fix it.
3.Punching: plasma cutting, and then treat countersunk hole and bolt with special processing method.
4.Hardfacing: large area wear resistant steel plate will have a good weldability base steel plate, firstly make the two base plates welded together and then use welding rod to fix the welding layer if we want to connect one wear resistant plate with another.
5.Bolting: have the bolts welded on the base steel plate first and connect with other working piece, or punching it and use bolts to connect with other pieces.
6.Surfacing treatment: surfacing treatment is not necessary for wear resistant steel plate, except grinding, and abrasion resistant steel plate is not suitable for high precision working conditions.
